Cooling Asparagus Miso Mint Soup

w/radish and green onion lime relish

  • 2 bunches of Asparagus steamed lightly
  • 1 liter veg or bone broth
  • 1 Tbs of miso (add after heating soup)
  • 1/2 cup mint

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor heat soup on the stove pot then add miso.

Finley chop three radishes and two green onions. Add salt and fresh lime to taste!
