Hello my friends,

Here are some gentle practices to assist your body-mind through these times. Use these tools when you are feeling out of connection with yourself or experiencing symptoms of grief, anger, pain, and anxiety.


  1. Start with a pause, a pause to breathe and remember stillness


  1. Put a hand on your body


  1. Find a body felt sense “what wants my attention right now” tap into your hearts language rather than your head


  1. Heart space meditation. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, slowly shift your awareness to:
  • a focus on your heart space
  • breathe into your heart
  • feel into your heart


Attend to these practices so spirit can blow away the clouds that have blocked you from seeing yourself clearly.
