  • 2 cups fresh herbs (basil, dill, kale or dandelion)
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds or nut of choice
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 Tbs oil (flax, avocado, olive, or walnut)
  • Sea salt to taste
  • ¼ filtered water
  • You can add 1-2 Tbs of Nutritional Yeast for added richness

Blend in a food processor or blender.
