- 2 cups fresh herbs (basil, dill, kale or dandelion)
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds or nut of choice
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 3 Tbs oil (flax, avocado, olive, or walnut)
- Sea salt to taste
- ¼ filtered water
- You can add 1-2 Tbs of Nutritional Yeast for added richness
Blend in a food processor or blender.
